Required skills, abilities, and knowledge

The member relations manager may be requested to attend the Atlantic Economic Council events for recruitment and engagement purposes.

3+ years’ experience in a business development, sales, fundraising or industry environment are a must.

Post-secondary education in business, marketing or related fields is an asset.

Self-starter with demonstrated skills in taking initiative, problem-solving, negotiating and driving results.

Capable to work in a fast-paced team environment to leverage diverse skill sets to achieve common goals.

Use a case management approach in dealing with individual residents

Knowledge and experience in conflict mediation and resolution

Act as a resource for Residents and Property Managers with challenging situations

Create and facilitate opportunities for collective input and trust-building, such as community events, education and focus groups

Working experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system

Completion of 3 years of post-secondary education - or equivalent experience

Provide inside support to Dealers, Dealer Relations Managers and Manager of Dealer Relations.

Develop and maintain knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulation changes.

Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Offer customer support to existing Owl customers via email, screen share, and phone

20% divided between administrative responsibilities, QA, and other tasks/projects

Support new and existing customers via email, phone, and screen share

Follow up on active leads, nurture prospective customers, and respond to inbound sales requests

Schedule and host product demonstrations, on-boarding tutorials, and webinars
