Donor Engagement Manager Jobs

Regularly assess and evaluate the donor experience to drive continuous improvement.

Develop and implement integrated brand strategies to boost the ROM Governors' brand awareness.

Lead the conceptualization and production of fundraising campaigns and events that amplify the organization's philanthropic efforts.

Direct donor engagement operations, including e-philanthropy.

Utilize data analytics to inform and shape marketing decisions, ensuring they are evidence-based.

A University degree in Business, Non-Profit Management or related field, or a blend of relevant experience and education.

Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and experience in handling administrative responsibilities.

Contribute to shaping a donor-centric journey and enhancing donor relations management.

Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM software for fund development management.

Your Skills & Qualifications: Your Unique Contribution

3+ years of previous experience

Knowledge of fundraising and receipting requirements.

Manage Donor Services staff related and supervise all donation processing.

Oversee migration of data entry and receipting into Raiser’s Edge NXT.

Oversee donor record updates with monthly giving attributes, and ensure monthly EFT files are sent to the Finance Department on time.

Oversee the monthly reconciliation in partnership with the Finance Department

Manage the recruitment, orientation, day-to-day supervision, performance appraisal, and training of the Donor Services team.

Experience in digital community management and virtual events production

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including experience in digital communications creation and/or execution and knowledge of Mailchimp (an asset)

Collaborate with prospect management and stewardship teams to sustain fundraising momentum and achieve objectives

Lead the creation of new digital engagement and member community management tools

Manage RPC and YPC Ambassadors and support AVP with management of YPC Committee and RPC Advisory Council

Manage renewal campaigns and secure YPC, DPC, and RPC renewals and pledges to meet annual fundraising targets

Working knowledge of donor database management;

Working with the Marketing and Communications Manager, manage donor communications including acknowledgements, updates, invitations, and solicitations;

Develop a donor management system and oversee donation platforms on CanadaHelps and the museum’s website;

University or College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Develop and manage programs for annual, monthly, and legacy giving, as well as endowment funds;

Provide advice to the Operations Manager on the growth of the Membership Program;
