Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or greater in applicable field, or equivalent experience.

• Work with Product Release Manager and Project Manager to coordinate scheduling and staffing issues.

• Act as a resource manager and assign writers to feature teams as appropriate.

· 8+ years of professional experience in related field.

· 3+ years health care industry experience in a team environment.

· 5+ years hands-on experience developing formalized business and software documentation through traditional and Agile development lifecycles.

Sound knowledge of configuration management practices. CMII or other Configuration Management related certifications are an asset.

4-8+ years’ experience in document control and engineering change management is an asset.

Identifying opportunities to improve data management practices and deliver such initiatives to completion.

Liaising with the clients’ document control teams to ensure our records support their program record management policies.

Training other staff in the program procedures, controls, and workflows necessary to perform document management reliably and consistently.

6-10+ years of technical experience in an engineering or scientific field.

Must be able to perform tasks quickly and accurately with excellent time management skills.

High School or GED minimum education

Excellent communication skills (both written & oral)

Good interpersonal skills to be able to perform in both teamwork and independent environments.

Strong independent judgment and decision-making abilities with established guideline

Excellent technical and computer skills

Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and related remote, work from home office equipment

Remote/work-from-home opportunity, candidates must reside in Ontario.

Experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred but not required

Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Project duration depends on the project; opportunities vary from 1 week to 6 months; possibly longer

Collaborate cross-functionally and lead the discussion on safety management topics, requirements, and issues.

Create and present regular progress reports, including achievements and potential challenges and/or risks for upper management.

Excellent knowledge of clinical research methodology and a solid understanding of clinical studies, ICH, GCP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
