Member of the Participant Success file on the Participant Experience Team

Reports directly to the Participant Success Manager

Collaborates with the Participant Experience team, other business units, and departments to assist and execute strategic tasks and projects

Collaborates with the Participant Success Manager to design, implement, and execute common job support activities

Monitors cohort-specific progress as needed and communicates progress with Program Manager and Participant Success Manager

Supports ecosystem development and management as directed by the Participant Recruitment Manager, the partnerships group, and Program Managers

Qualifies and connects with potential leads who are aligned with program eligibility requirements as directed by Program Managers

Collaborates with the Participant Experience team, other business units, and departments to assist and execute strategic tasks and projects.

Collaborates as a centralized member of the participant recruitment team supporting Palette Skills programs

Supports admissions team as needed to clarify file status and clarification information requests as directed by the Admissions Manager

Contributes to meeting recruitment targets as defined by recruitment strategies driven by the Program Manager(s)

A College or University degree, preferably with a focus on sales, account management or Business Administration, or equivalent medical sales/administration experience.

3+ years experience in the medical equipment industry (diagnostic imaging or laboratory equipment experience is preferred), in a sales/service management capacity.

Respond to queries regarding the equipment management program and coordinate issue resolution outcomes related to Supplier service concerns.

Effectively present information and respond to questions from the management team and external stakeholders.

Manage the internal sales process with prospects and participate in activities that will grow existing accounts.

Coordinate and support the execution of marketing activities including lead generation and qualification, campaigns, and participant communication.

Perform recruitment for simple studies and for more complex, detailed studies.

Understand vaccines and their functions and be able to provide potential study participants with all necessary information.

Review potential participant charts and determine eligibility to participate based on set guidelines in the study protocol

Complete informed consent with study participants.

Contact participants to ask questions, which are set in advance according to the study protocol (e.g. post-immunization reaction data).

Sensibility to accessibility and experience working with people with disabilities is preferred but not required.

Update the project manager regularly for the manager to keep track to ensure payments and for footage uploads

Several years experience writing and producing short-form and long-form documentary programming.

Past experience with producing content independently, demonstrating creative ability

Experience writing audio documentaries is an asset

Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively on creative content, and strong attention to details.

Excellent interpersonal skills and experience

Interest in or experience in STEM or Post-Secondary Education considered an asset

Advise the Recruitment Team and the Challenge Unit Manager on external communications issues and opportunities

Draft and post social media and web content according to the recruitment strategy, with oversight from the Challenge Unit Manager.

Prepare internal communications for staff involved in recruiting and provide feedback on strategies to the Challenge Unit Manager.

Experience with visual media creation applications/software considered an asset

1+ year people management experience
