Deploy project management skills to build analytical tools/models leveraging Microsoft Excel, Access, and other available tools.
5-10 years of direct management experience. Must be a strategic thinker with confidence and speed in execution.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards related to warehousing.
Develop and manage departmental budgets accordingly
Manage and plan the resources for a seasonal business to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Establishes annual goals and objectives, (including stretch targets) in coordination with corporate objectives, and manages performance to ensure attainment as assigned

Preference for project management experience; training in lean, Six Sigma, PMP would be an asset.
Strong analytical skills, experience with WMS and Excel.
Must have experience overseeing a complex retail or wholesale multi-site distribution operation.
Experienced in setting up and managing budgets for operations and capital projects.
Experienced with KPI’s and SOP’s.
Completion of post-secondary education is required.
