The Director of Learning will work closely with the organization’s senior leadership team to ensure that the organization’s learning and development initiatives are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. The Director of Learning will also be responsible for developing and managing the organization’s learning budget, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives.
