Hourly salary of $76 to $88, based on experience.

University degree in a field related to the management of information technology, or equivalent post-secondary education and related experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of information technology and systems at the management level.

Asset: Project management certification (PMP)

Problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners.

Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management.

Lead the end-to-end process of IT enhancements, upgrades, and major projects, including external resource management, while establishing and improving technology delivery.

Experience with PMI methodology and best practices (Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification is an asset).

Experience in client relationship management and guiding customers in setting and meeting goals.

Strategic vendor management experience with managed service providers including governance, RFx processes, and supplier negotiations.

Ability to partner with key stakeholders i.e. business partners across core business services, HR, finance, etc.

Experience with setting, measuring, and reporting on program success metrics.

Experience in applying a process improvement mind-set and methodology to effectively solve complex business problems and effectively mitigate operational risk.

Exceptional capabilities in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management

Preferred certifications in project management and ITIL

Maintain consistent communication with senior management and stakeholders, sharing project progress

Efficiently manage a technical team, aligning their tasks with growth goals

Over a decade of experience overseeing IT/OT-ICS projects

Skillful at balancing strategic priorities, risk assessment, and investment decisions

Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.

Project management experience; ability to simultaneously manage several projects.

Continuously review the technology landscape to identify opportunities for enhancing operations, service offerings, and customer experiences.

Responsible for IT governance, risk management, compliance, and data security.

Remain current and knowledgeable on technology trends and landscape to enable continued success and strength of the IT department.

Recruit, train, and manage performance for members of the IT team.

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred

Leading a team of portfolio managers who are responsible for project management, execution, ongoing milestone/deliverables tracking, communication, and key performance metrics.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience managing the SalesForce platform, is an asset.

Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Expertise in organizational change management and change leadership with large corporate initiatives is required.
