People Management, Mentoring and coaching:

Support, Maintenance and Continuous improvement (Operations management):

• Recruit and manage the onboarding of new Development team members.

• Design and develop solutions as per requirements and in alignment to the application and architecture roadmap.

• Emphasis on writing simple and clean code with enhanced user experience mindset.

• Create and share in-depth knowledge of systems using knowledge sharing sessions, documentation etc.

Provide motivation and performance management to direct and indirect reports, build efficient teams

Set strategy, goals, priorities, SLAs for the Technology team; manage delivery of internal IT services to the group of companies

Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, manage IT risks and Cybersecurity

Develop and manage vendor and contractor relationships

Develop IT budgets (operating/capital) and plans; build business cases for expenditures

Work with the senior leadership team on aligning IT strategy to organizational objectives

Excellent time-management and organizational abilities that facilitate structured work

UX design experience or knowledge of core design principles

Experience with both Professional Services and Product Development

Experience building and architecting complex digital tools and products

Experience building enterprise SaaS products and implementing software patterns; you understand how to make a customizable core product

Knowledge of software lifecycle, modern testing methods, design patterns, continuous integration, and Agile methodology

Oversee management of external vendors.

Research and analyze system requirements to meet our client’s technology requirements and present innovative solutions.

Execute strategic direction relevant to the technology offerings of the client.

• Participate in business review presentations as needed, in collaboration with regional management.

• Manage the human resources activities including selection, performance management, and learning.

• Review and manage location P & L and develops action plans to address deficiencies/grow the business

• Manage performance, addresses employee concerns, maintains adequate staffing levels, and facilitates team development.

• Provide focused and continued coaching to develop the skills of team members.

Union Management Experience (where residence is unionized)

Providing quality clinical services based on the needs and requirements of each individual resident

Minimum of five (5) years of relevant clinical experience and one (1) year of leadership experience

Ensuring Resident & Employee Safety and well-being

Achieving Resident Satisfaction Survey & Employee Engagement Survey targets

Ensuring that all care and services provided for are billed and labour aligned

Experience and desire for people management and team building

Provide oversight and management of technical architecture and delivery by supporting, coaching, and mentoring our cross-discipline teams

Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to Havas management and client stakeholders

Collaborate and contribute to client proposals by reviewing client requirements, existing capabilities, and infrastructure

Experience leading a distributed, remote team

You possess strong analytical skills and use data for sound decision-making

A minimum of three years relevant experience in organizational management, retirement and/or long-term care. Current C.P.R. designation required

Plans, directs, co-ordinates and supervises the overall nursing program for residents within the residence;

Co-ordinates and promotes the interdisciplinary approach within the residence through the Nursing, Food Services, Activation, Environmental Service and Administrative Departments;

Directs and monitors the maintenance of health care records to ensure promote compliance with regulations and quality care for the resident;

Participates in Care Conferences as required, meets with residents' family to resolve problems/ concerns/complaints;

Monitors and reviews resident care staff compliance with all residence policies and procedures, including safety rules and safe working practices;
