Manage timely completion of detailed accounts reconciliation and follow-up/resolving open items for specified tasks.

Successful completion of a recognized Medical/Surgical Office Assistant or Health Information Management program preferred

A combination of education and experience may be considered

Six (6) months experience in a hospital Health Records Department within the last two years OR

One (1) year medical office experience within the last two years

Terminal Digital Filing experience required

Experience working with both electronic and paper health records preferred

8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

Ensure development of procedures to facilitate data management, data backup, data matching and user management for data security

Proficiency in M365 tools, including PowerBI and backend data management practices

Familiarity with with ServiceNow data management practices to ensure alignment of tools

Experience working with executive and demoing data stories

Ensuring involvement of all appropriate technical specialists to meet business requirements;

Support and backup the Compliance Engineer on testing and certification of vehicles to applicable C/FMVSS and ambulance standards.

Five or more years’ experience in the industry, preferably automotive focussed.

Knowledge of 12VDC and 120/240VAC electrical systems.

Knowledge of electrical design for heat dissipation, vehicle CAN bus systems,

Electrical load analysis and cost/benefit analysis.

A knowledge of integration electrical and mechanical design.

Note: “Related experience” refers to actual experience providing technical design, development, maintenance, and support to application systems.

Experience with SQL query development.

Experience with system development in ASP.net.

You have 5+ years’ of experience in a design role

You have a University Degree or other postsecondary education related to Design and/or fine arts

You have an expert knowledge of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, MS Powerpoint, Apple Keynote, and Google Slides.

Conceiving, ideating, and producing world class communications in print, web, and at retail using Adobe Creative Suite

Determining which medium is best for producing desired visual effects and the most appropriate vehicle for communication

Lead a team of experienced designers focusing on silhouette, fabric, trim & technology. Give clear directions, enabling the team to innovate.

Ensure creative direction is supported through line plan creation, seasonal sketch and protype reviews to execute design intent.

Partner with Merchandising teams to create awareness of how the line is currently performing in store.

Consistent focus on developing the team, nurturing creative talent.
