Sr Design Structural Engineer Jobs

Experience with process change and ensuring agreement across multiple stakeholders

Requires a knowledge of electrical fundamentals, network theory, power systems and apparatus.

Requires experience developing and implementing new business processes and monitoring organizational performance, using a variety of diagnostic tools.

Requires experience with various computer systems to select and utilize the most effective data compilation as it relates to distribution work.

Experience working in or closely with Design Services staff members

Experience with creating technology based change procedures or governance of those procedures

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Leads change management programs of varying scope and type, including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.

Develops and manages comprehensive information management systems; designs and/or leads initiatives to improve processes, analysis and reporting.

Collaborates in the design, implementation and management of core business/group processes.

Supports management of processes using established methodologies and tools/system/technology.

Minimum 5 years experience in plant design in a manufacturing environment.

Extensive knowledge structural sections, detailing, and connections.

Revise and generate the following drawings:

Generate any other miscellaneous drawings (i.e. skids, ladders, platforms, etc) as requested.

Revise standard drawings as necessary.

Back drafting and revision of shop drawings.

Exceptional abilities in project management skills including familiarity with Microsoft Project

Business travel out of town approximately 3 days per month, upon request of management and scope of project.
