Support Operations and Finance with month-end and year-end close-out activities

Over 3 years experience in Material Planning, Inventory Control or Financial Analysis

Demonstrated working knowledge of inventory control principals, including KanBan

Excellent planning and organization skills

Excellent verbal and writing communication skills

Minimum grade 12 education and good mathematical skills

1-2 years of recent experience and working knowledge of just in time inventory systems

University Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study

Quantitative and analytical skills (extensive spreadsheet analysis, dashboarding and strong mathematical abilities).

Manage all product inventory levels and coordination of inventory within the distribution network.

Manage ad-hoc projects, such as cohort and retention analysis.

Post-secondary education or equivalent related to Materials Management & Supply Chain

5 years planning and inventory management experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment

Develop analyses for upcoming demand for the production environments.

Supervise and ensure consistency of forecasts for customers and production on a month to month basis

Manage, maintain, and review the demand forecast generated in the statistical tool, Logility.

Meet with sales team to suggest modifications consistent with the knowledge of current or historical demand with a solution driven agenda

Reviews the forecasted demand with the planning director/ manager/team, for the next three months to align demand with manufacturing capacity

1-2 years of hands-on experience in customer service, planning and scheduling and/or sales areas

Microsoft D365 experience is an asset

Follows up on sales orders’ compliance against original forecast with both sales team and service assurance personnel (forecast accuracy)

8+ years in demand management or supply chain experience

Proven leadership experience and time management

Develop and monitor demand and inventory management KPI.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build strong and productive partnerships with cross-functional teams

Advanced technical skills (Microsoft Office Suite, MRP)
