A basic understanding of overall warehouse and manufacturing processes is required. Formal education in either field is considered a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders from different functional areas to coordinate projects.

Gathers, confirms, and submits necessary info for new and revised item setup requests.

Must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license.

Exhibit an eagle-eyed attention to detail that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.

Ensures the management has integrated plans for monitoring the manufacturing facilities for compliance with all Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.

Drives the annual improvement plan with engagement of the manufacturing management team.

Promotes, applies, and leads SHS strategy to Manufacturing management, supervisors, and employees.

Ensures incidents, spills, and all reporting is documented and submitted in a timely manner to internal stakeholders and management.

Minimum of 5 years of SHS or Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager experience.

Professional certification (CRSP or CSP) required.

5 years’ experience with automotive electrical preferred

LEAN manufacturing experience an asset

Experience with routine maintenance operations

Installing and terminating conduit, wire, cable, equipment, panels, sensors and various control components and devices specific to heavy truck systems.

Moving equipment in and out of the shop

Aid mechanics with the removal and installation of guards

Oil sampling, lube and oil changes

Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, HVAC, etc).

Excellent organizations skills and a fondness for project management;

Background as a Community Manager/Developer;

Scrum certification is a plus;

Experience working in the video game industry is a must;

Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential;

Review and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence materials for the management team.

High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

2 years of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity an asset.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, and Word.
