Customer Service Representative – Parts Jobs

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software experience would be an asset.

Four (4) or more years of technical knowledge in heavy equipment/mining industry, sales experience is preferable.

Previous knowledge or experience with Sandvik products would be considered an asset.

Stay current with industry developments, competitive offerings and issues affecting sales and customers.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: Parts Technician experience considered an asset

Knowledge: Experience working with parts vendors, outsourcing and generating parts quotes

Work Experience: 2 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in heavy duty parts / service industry considered an asset.

Responsible for day-to-day processing of parts orders for internal and external customers, including entering, ordering and expediting purchase orders

Support service technicians in researching, sourcing, expediting and delivering parts requests to work area

Exercise discretion and make decisions in a time sensitive environment when Manager is unavailable.

Regularly collaborate with Manager on discussions, projects, etc.

Minimum of 3 years experience working in a Customer Service role

Must have experience with a current ERP system

Provide personalized support for key customers to build long-lasting relationships

Promptly support daily inquiries and assistance by team members while supporting the inbound phone and email queues.
