Overview A Customer Implementation Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of customer projects and ensuring that customer expectations are met. They are responsible for managing the entire customer implementation process, from initial customer onboarding to post-implementation support. They must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Detailed Job Description The Customer Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire customer implementation process. This includes managing customer onboarding, developing project plans, coordinating resources, and ensuring that customer expectations are met. The Customer Implementation Manager must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once. They must also be able to work with customers to ensure that their projects are completed on time and within budget. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or software development
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle

Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in customer service, project management, or software development
