Proven experience of effective coaching, team building, recruitment, training and development of a team, coupled with a hands on management approach

Proven skills in time management and ability to prioritise tasks within a fast-paced environment

Working knowledge of Branch P&L, inventory management and leadership is ideal if role progression is Branch leadership

Prepare reports on an as needed basis to provide information to Branch Manager and provide management communication through Daily Service Meetings

Completion of post secondary education, preferably in Business or equivalent work experience

Supervise and manage team, including recruiting, training, motivating, and conducting the performance excellence program

Strong time management and organizational skills, with proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines

Completion of High School Diploma at a minimum and Post Secondary education or equivalent work experience

Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold including the completion of the required training programs.

Provides a differentiated customer experience in order to solve problems and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Service the customer’s specific needs. May include but not limited to Vendor Managed Inventory, Nexiant unit replenishment etc.

Call on customer personnel/locations as agreed and identified by the customer and Manager

Consistently demonstrates a successful client experience

Effectively manage a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience in a similar role or position of Customer Service or Automotive

Ideally, you gained initial work experience in customer service and sales

Knowledge in agricultural technologies, hydraulics and electronics

Selling of features and benefits rather than discounts “Value Selling”

Ability to communicate with ease in English and French (reading, writing, oral) and skillful in I/T systems and software.

Support sales and service department to achieve target retail sales

Support and implement marketing strategies including field demonstrations and fairs

No previous experience is required.

Coating industry experience is viewed as an asset.

NACE CIP Certification is view as an asset.

General sales and quotation inquires.

Helping with shipping and receiving

Transferring inventory between Ontario and Alberta

Education or experience in technical, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field is preferred but not required for this role.

Manage regional expense budgets on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.

Deliver regular and accurate forecasts to the Sales Manager and General Manager.

Collect information that aids in the development and improvement of products and services offering.

Preferred experience is in selling/supporting construction equipment/survey/machine control technology operation.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience relating directly to the survey &/or the construction industry would be an asset.
