Manage key business development initiatives including new customer acquisition and existing relationships with consumers

Knowledge of the industry's regulations, market trends, and best practices

The salary for this position is $ 22.50 to $25.32 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Demonstrated and related one (1) year work experience within an Indigenous organization or community is an asset

Document meetings and support provided to families

Develop a cultural plan for th e servic e team to use including ideas for removing barriers

Prepares draft reports to Council, Committee and Senior Management

Knowledge of land registry practices

Market research and analysis skills

Excellent communication, advocacy and report writing skills

Previous municipal experience is a considerable asset.

Negotiates the acquisition of property for municipal purposes

Experience with safety planning for: field workers, travel management and on-the-land programs.

Five (5) years’ work experience that includes planning, developing, implementing and evaluating projects.

Experience planning and managing budgets, projects, programs, workers.

Experience with liaising, consulting and/or collaborating with multiple stakeholders and/or governments.

Experience working with First Nations (preferably Dene and/or Cree) heritage, language, traditional and/or cultural resources.

Experience developing strategic plans, proposals.
