Education: Engineering Technologist Diploma or related field or Degree in Engineering preferred but not required

2+ years of experience as a project scheduler or project coordinator

2 + years of experience using Primavera P6 in a professional setting, ideally from a project based organization

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Hold an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher or be a Graduate considering a career in education.

Manage pupil behaviour to create a safe and positive learning environment.

Have knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies (training can be provided).

Empathise with young people and have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Supervise classes across the curriculum in the event of a teacher absence.

Ensure that pupils are engaging in pre-planned work.

Confidence and strong communication skills, able to engage with students and effectively manage a classroom.

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of regular teachers, ensuring students stay on track with their learning.
