18-month term position of Payroll Costing Coordinator in Finance and Asset Management

Technical / Job Specific Knowledge and Abilities:

Maintain knowledge of Canadian Payroll Processes and all applicable legislation.

Audit work order information provided to ensure they correspond to the attendance types indicated. Follow up with Manager/Supervisor for corrections.

Prepare costing reports for Manager/Supervisors as requested.

Coach and train Managers/Supervisors on the use of the SAP CO/PM job costing and SAP HR.

Must Have: Cloud Costing, Order Management Cloud

10+ years of experience working with an ERP system in a software configuration implementation role specifically in Oracle EBS or Cloud

Additionally, we need them to have some process experience, whether it is food, metal, pharma, etc.

A proven track record in system implementation for OM and related modules/applications

2-3 full lifecycle implementations in Cloud

Support SAP Food Management presales efforts as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge and background in a process-based industry like dairy, food, protein, chemical, or pharmaceuticals

Excellent presentation and written and verbal communications skills in English and French languages

SAP Integration Experience in a manufacturing environment

Provide SAP Product Costing expertise for SAP components in the areas of: CO-PC, CO Sub modules, COPA.

Strong project planning, management, and communication skills

Serve as a key resource on projects and initiatives that require involvement or directly impact Finished Goods Sourcing cost management

3-5+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain

Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning

Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities

Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams

Fournir les coûts estimés basés sur les normes applicables, les informations disponibles ainsi que les analyses de sensibilité et compétitivité correspondantes.

Justifier les hypothèses de calcul de prix compétitif

Project Management Professional (PMP) or actively working towards a designation or direct project management experience is preferred

Strong working knowledge of the Project Management LifeCycle and Software Development LifeCycle

Sound knowledge of finance and project cost-accounting principles and practices with demonstrated experience with managing project budgets

Program and Portfolio management knowledge an asset

Accountable for on time, on budget completion of assigned projects following the Agency’s project governance framework and project management methodology

Responsible for resource management, scope management, budget and schedule management for the assigned projects
