Several years of experience in Azure IPaaS/Power Platform development (Logic Apps/Function Apps) with a thorough understanding of the Azure Cloud Environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

MS Certifications – Azure Power Platform / Azure Developer an asset

Experience developing and operating common program management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, OKRs, etc.)

Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines through the proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks

Partner with Finance and Strategy to track and manage budgets across multiple programs

Driving initiatives related to our Employee Digital Experience

Lead and manage strategic planning sessions and cross-functional prioritization

Effectively manage change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty

MuleSoft API management , MuleSoft Anypoint platform, Kubernetes, No SQL DB experience is a plus

Experience working with bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA,

Partner with project management to deliver status and performance updates

Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production

Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience

Experience with CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins, Travis

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field

4+ years of experience in designing and implementing integrations using an iPaaS solution such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Boomi, Workato etc

Experience working with APIs, web services, and data formats such as JSON and XML
