Coordinator Problem Management Jobs

Must have personal computer skills, including word processing, file/data management, basic CAD, and data base applications.

Formal training in energy management is an asset.

Certification as an Energy Manager (CEM) with AEE or equivalent is an asset.

Must be familiar with building systems, energy management techniques, project design process and construction process.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in large organizations or institutional facilities involving capital and maintenance projects required.

Certification with other associations, such as Leadership in Energy Efficient Design (LEED), is an asset.

3-5 years of experience in a heavy industry or asset management role

Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders across Newmont including central Asset Management, operations, supply chain, and external partners

Experience in both equipment maintenance and planning is desirable

Managing post Incidents activities (Problem Management): Root Cause, Preventative Actions, Monitoring, Process review

There may be a requirement to manage email outside of business hours for business need

Managing planned production Changes and ensuring all requirements (e.g., documentation, approvals, communications) are in place

Applying Critical Thinking: Regular process reviews, assess constraints/limitations and offer recommendations

Analyzing Data and Root Cause: Identify system risks, audit risks, process risks and gaps, trends, and offer recommendations for improvement

Service oriented and strong soft skills

Experience with RETScreen Expert, Energy Management Information Systems (EMIS), OSI PI, and other commercially available energy software

Access to a global network of highly qualified professionals for exchanging knowledge and ideas, building skills, and sharing experiences

Develop and implement a site-wide energy management program with a focus on value creation and continuous improvement

Align the energy management program with Barrick’s Climate Change strategy and Environmental Management System

Certified Energy Manager (CEM), and/or other related qualifications

Meet all Northern Industrial Electricity Rebate (NIER) program requirements including quarterly and annual reports and others

Provide education in regards to Abilities Management programs

Working knowledge of HIA, Privacy legislation, Employment Standards and Human Rights as it relates to Disability Management

Certificate in Disability Management or equivalent experience required

Certification as a Disability Management Professional (CDMP) desirable

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, and external contacts on disability management matters

Work closely with employees involved in any aspect of the disability management process and conduct return to work meetings as required

Previous experience in IT Problem Management.

Manage the delivery of Problem Management Operations and Root Cause Analysis Services to the global enterprise, ensuring quality and effectiveness

Five or more years of experience in IT Problem Management.

Minimum of 5 years experience in a variety of pain management modalities in Acute Surgical Post-operative patients required

Teaches staff and patients and their families about pain management

Efficiently manage and prioritize workload, promptly escalating any concerns regarding delivery

Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow issues through to logical conclusions and escalate when necessary

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Business Objects, Minitab, and MS Excel

Confident communicator with excellent writing skills

Experience in a customer-facing role implementing solutions or providing services with a high level of accountability

Strong writing skills for maintaining accurate documentation and technical authorship of complex documents

In depth understanding of adaptive management processes and their application in natural resource management

Clear understanding of principles of natural resource management and sustainable development

Experience participating in inter-agency teams or working groups;

Experience analyzing, and making recommendations from technical data

Experience consulting or engaging with First Nations organizations or groups would be considered an asset

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills, including formal and informal presentations;

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications/training, or work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in problem & Incident management with a focus on risk mitigation and root cause identification

Produce both problem and incident management executive summaries and reports

Ensure delivery of all problem and incident management processes are based on best practices
