Control Tower Analyst Support Representative Jobs

Postsecondary education in supply chain management and experience in customer service/

Knowledge of End to End Payment Processes and Data Management principles

Make recommendations to change inbound appointments based on stock requirements and availability

Operational knowledge on order to cash/warehousing processes, key variants and best practices

Knowledge of key performance measurements in CS, transportation, warehousing and DSP

Strong knowledge of end to end Order to Cash and Shipment Processes

Manage work-flow to ensure customer promise times are met and the mechanical shop is run efficiently

Understand and apply warranty policies and procedures to ensure correct job goes to correct technician with skill level

Dealership experience in a similar position: 3 years (Required)

Dependent on experience; $50,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience

Dispatch work to service technicians to maximize shop productivity and efficiency

Work closely with parts department and technicians to ensure all parts are ordered and job is completed quickly

Ongoing development and training, including product and industry knowledge, from experienced leaders and experts

Assign work to Automotive Service Technicians based on availability and skill set

1 to 3 years of proven experience in an automotive maintenance facility

Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience

Inspectors would be supported in learning AutoCAD, Engineering, and/or project management as it relates to the telecom industry

Has experience in the telecom industry

Has experience performing audits and inspections on cellphone towers and rooftops

Has or have previously held a High Angle Rescue training certification

Has or have previously held a Working at Heights certification

Inspectors would be working from home if not on site visits

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Self-motivated with good organizational skills.

Controlling conveyors, panel boards, pumps, gauges, and dials to ensure maximum efficiency and consistency of materials are being generated.

Proper documentation of all materials processed to ensure quality and production goals are being met.

Preventative maintenance on machinery as required.

Adhering to all safety policies and processes.
