Supports the management of the program/project, including developing program components, promoting the program and ensuring the execution of all program components.

Participates in the design, development, implementation, and management of core program processes.

Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.

Work alongside management to research and execute tuck-in acquisitions

Support capital structure management, including debt refinancing, tax planning and capital budgeting

Ad hoc operating projects alongside management

Collaboration with colleagues and leaders who offer diverse experiences and expertise in a supportive environment

Management of existing portfolio companies

Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Analyzes company data to provide management reporting on insurance industry and internal business trends.

Provides business and technical expertise when required for management reporting, special projects and technology issues.

Combination of excellent analytical and mathematical skills with strong work ethic.

Strong software skills in MS Excel and MS Access database.

Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Supports day-to-day CRE specialty operational processes, program management activities, and administrative tasks to achieve business results.

Provide exceptional daily customer service to members.

•Quality control on key deliverables produced by community manager ahead of client delivery

Experience developing strategic recommendations/proposals for social media and digital activations (paid/organic) and KPIs to effectively measure success

•Proven experience accurately reporting and analyzing numbers and metrics

•Experience with presenting ideas and recommendations to internal team and to external clients

•Supports Account Director in client services, as they relate to social media activity

•Leads digital ad buying, optimization and reporting across several social and digital channels

Ensure client care and caseload is managed to achieve the goals of the region’s Multi-Sector Service Agreement Accountability Agreement (MSAA)

Completion of required education to obtain diploma or degree in Nursing at a recognized institution

Phlebotomy certification required, or willing to obtain.

Minimum of three years’ experience working as an RN with clients having complex needs.

Experience working in a CHC setting, or other community health practice is an asset.

Participate in meetings with Leasing and Property teams to expand knowledge of real estate asset management

Prior internship experience in real estate (asset management, leasing, appraisal, investments or development) considered an asset

Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and project management skills

Assist the Asset Management team in the monitoring of operating and leasing targets as part of the annual budget process

Working towards completion of an undergraduate degree with a concentration in Commerce, Finance, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Urban Planning or Engineering

Networking and educational session with different leaders across the business

Strong management reporting experience is a must, preferably across multiple functions

8+ years of experience in Process improvement/system implementation environments

Strong business planning experience, including development of long-term strategic plans

Excellent communication and presentations skills, with the ability to simplify complexity

Demonstrated planning & organizing skills, with focus on priority setting, command skills, and timely decision making
