Construction Maintenance Manager Jobs in Ontario

Your Day-to-day Responsibilities Will Include

Planning and coordination of weekly shutdowns and other planned maintenance activities

Participate in daily production meetings

Coordinate with purchaser to ensure parts availability

Participate in providing after hours on-call technical support

Maintain performance records of maintenance personnel

Ensures building is operational and compliant with EHS requirements

Ensures maintenance operations meets EH&S requirements

Prepares and implements the Total Productive Maintenance plan

Co-ordinates and/or personally conduct ongoing repairs on equipment

Facility Maintenance & Security Services

Liaises and co-ordinates with external contractors and suppliers

Estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments in conjunction with the maintenance planner

Manages the continual improvement and execution of the planned and preventative maintenance program for all site equipment

Manage the execution of the preventative maintenance program and continual improvement initiatives

Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality

Required to possess general knowledge of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic technical

Knowledge of government regulations as they apply to OHSA
