Components Service Support Advisor Jobs

Assist with component selection. Facilitate changes needed through configuration management and engineering.

Knowledge of ROHS and REACH standards/requirements.

Experience with Caps Expert, EEM, Windshield PLM.

Knowledge of Military specifications (MIL), American Standards ASTM, SAE.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).

Provide support to ensure documentation and processes will produce acceptable and consistent materials and components to support CAE’s quality standards.

Strong business acumen and budgetary management experience

Experience using Salesforce CRM and solid capabilities with MS word, Teams and Excel, ideally experience with Oracle

5+ years of experience working for an electrical component distributor, manufacturers rep for components or component manufacturer

5+ years of experience working with manufacturers reps for electronic components or IP&E products

Knowledge of Semiconductor and IP&E suppliers

Experience within electronics distribution is strongly preferred

·Strong experience in supporting customers throughsales/service cloud implementations,deliverables, project management.

·Knowledge of theSalesforce.com capabilities (both functionaland technical) and integration capabilities

·Degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent education/experience

·Skilled at providing maintenance, support, daily configuration, and improvement of database and integration.

·Adept at user documentation, application configuration, trainings, requirement gathering and be a subject matter expert

·Knowledge ofSalesforceLightningMigration is good to have
