Compliance And Privacy Administrator Jobs

• Bachelor's degree and accredited compliance management certification.

• 5 years in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Risk Management, or equivalent work experience

• Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to Management and designated departments.

• In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards.

• Proficiency in compliance management software, like Paradigm 3 and Intellect Compliance.

• Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001 preferred)

Demonstrated project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills

Experience with the SOC-2 certification process, for type 1 or type 2 documents

Demonstrated experience and skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving

4-8 years of experience in a compliance (or similar) role

Experience with a sub-processor listing within the GDPR context

Experience with regulatory framework/law/bodies such as GLBA, FS-ISAC, FSR, NIST, etc

·Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as organizational and time management, presentation, and independent problem-solving skills

·Project or program management experience is a plus

·Experience with data review, analysis, reporting

·Experience with Microsoft Windows, Teams, Office365, OneTrust a plus

·Undergraduate degree preferred or at least 2 to 3 years relevant experience

Location:Virtual Ontario (reqd to go to Richmond Hill office for some training)

In-depth knowledge of various computer programs, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access ProCase Management, AccessPro Redaction, Internet, Intranet and electronic mail.

University degree or training in a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

A thorough knowledge of Access to Information and Privacy Acts and other related legislation, regulations and policies.

6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.

Strong research and analytical skills and ability to apply those skills to deal with ATIP requests.

Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

10+ years of project / program management experience, including:

Ensuring effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project

Privacy and Compliance experience within Financial Institutions an asset

Defining, documenting and completing complex, high impact projects with a great number of interdependencies

Articulating clear plans with milestones; holding people accountable to action plans

Proactively identifying, assessing, and managing risks that impede successful project delivery

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

- Some relevant work experience in the financial services industry or in a compliance-related role preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

- Experience using Confluence and Jira

You bring 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or privacy roles, preferably with knowledge of financial services

Execute Neo’s privacy compliance program, including privacy impact assessments, privacy incident management, and acting as subject matter expert in privacy

Develop and maintain knowledge of federal and provincial compliance laws and regulations applicable to Neo’s business

You have experience working effectively in a team environment where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are critical to success

You possess strong organizational and prioritizing skills

Have advanced Microsoft Office or G-Suite skills

You bring 1-2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or privacy roles, preferably with knowledge of financial services
