Community Recreation Consultant Jobs in Manitoba

·Participate with CMHA management and staff in CHO program development, implementation and evaluation.

·Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering skills-development programming to individuals experiencing mental health and/or addictions challenges.

·Demonstrated experience in recreation/life skills planning, coordination, and delivery.

·Minimum four (4) years education and experience in the human services field.

DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND RELATED TASKS:

oA University degree or Diploma in Adult Education, Community Development, and/or Program Evaluation, along with Recreation Training.

Experience in an agency, non profit, charity or partner management role is considered an asset

2 - 5 years of directly relevant corporate and/or non-profit experience

Strong communication, writing and presentation skills

Experience writing and creating presentations for senior leaders

Strong analytical and research skills

Experience in mass retail and/or a publicly traded organization an asset
