Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Canada preferred.

Minimum two (2) years' experience in mental health and addictions required; three (3) years preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in Afrocentric informed approaches to healthcare treatment required.

Experience working in a pediatric mental health and addictions setting preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge of MHA disorders and evidenced treatment modalities

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification (NVCI).
