Manage monthly reports for the Commercial department including expiry lists, exclusion reports, open binder bill reports, production report, NAICS report

Minimum of 5 years insurance experience, commercial insurance would be an asset

Excellent communication skills, including experience working with numerous stakeholders at various levels of management.

Post-secondary education with courses in construction management an asset.

Coordinate with LL property management as required throughout the project.

Ensure the timely sharing of information and communication appropriately with all levels of management and team members.

Advance knowledge of and ability to interpret drawings with analytical and problem solving skills.

• Assisting the Project Manager with the initial mobilization and set up of the construction site.

As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the following

• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.

• Ensure the efficient use of labor, machines and materials used by the crew.

• Assist in the resolution of design issues, change requests, material defects and equipment problems.

Prior experience at a mine site is preferred

Must possess a Valid Provincial Security Guard License*

Administers site safety programs outlining site-specific hazards for security officers including vehicle / driving safety as appropriate to corporate procedures

Prepared to participate in unemployment hearings

Enforces Allied Universal’s policies as outlined in the handbooks and executive memos

Bus services provided from Timmins & Sudbury to the job site

Excellent Communication & Computer skills

Must have security center (Min 2 years) and access control experience

1-2 Year experience is the security industry or related field

Licensing requirements are subject to province and/or local laws and regulations and will be required prior to employment.

Display exceptional customer service and communication skills

Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
