- Supervise trades and sub-traders, lead daily on-site project meetings with appropriate stakeholders and maintain a thorough Superintendent’s daily report that accurately tracks construction site progress, events, inspections (SIR Corp., City and Municipal), and other relevant information.
- Ensure that all projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, design drawings and applicable codes in order to maintain high quality standards, noting any and all omissions or discrepancies contained therein.
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and tight deadlines. Contract/subcontract coordination including assembling and issuing RFQ/RFPs.
- Able to work with diverse personalities and styles.
- Requires effective and specialized interpersonal skills to resolve situations where there may be some level of conflict, stress or uncertainty.
- Demonstrate leadership in health, safety and environmental protection (applying and promoting overall compliance of Health and Safety standards with all employees and subcontractors on the project) and report/document all injuries and complete a Notice of Injury report.
- Liaise and support restaurant operations, culinary and IT teams to aid in seamless execution with proper communication and planning.
- Coordinate with LL property management as required throughout the project.

- Greater than 10 years of hospitality construction experience or equivalent.
