Project Management tools experience (Smartsheet, Vizio, MS Projects, Quickbase, etc.)

Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects.

Bachelor's degree OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 6 years experience managing supply chain projects.

Advanced experience with Supply Chain Projects and Initiatives.

Exposure to ISO certification (Medical Device would be a plus).

Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.

Bachelor’s/University degree in a related discipline, or related work experience

Experience with analysis across global markets and industries

Strong English communications skills and ability to summarize complex situations into clear communications both written and oral

Strong presentation skills and the ability to assert ideas and influence others to gain support and commitment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels.

Proficient knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, deal flow experience strongly preferred.

Understand end-to-end processes across the deal flow process including roles and responsibilities of cross-functional support teams to quickly resolve issues.

Must be a strong communicator, both written and spoken, and demonstrate exceptional active listening skills.

Adept at learning new skills to maximize tools, processes, and infrastructure in pursuit of objectives

Must have demonstrated experience in managing electrical and control system design from conception to implementation

Experience with hydrogen, battery supply chains, locomotives and/or industrial equipment an asset;

Practical hands-on experience (automotive repair, robotics, renovation) an asset

8+ years of S&OP planning / Supply Chain Planning/ Or Supply Chain Management Experience

Build and implement detailed global standard policy, process and practice across all planning areas, include Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management

Minimal a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering

Minimum 10 years of experience leading direct and cross functional teams

Experience leading large scale cross-functional initiatives within larger organizations with a proven track record of influencing authority at all levels

Monitors results against benchmarks and other performance targets

Develops and manages IT budget plan working jointly with the DTS leadership Performs job-related duties as assigned.

Over 15 years of experience in technology in a large scale complex global organization

Extensive experience defining overall strategy and innovation for a global organization

Experience architecting and designing End user technologies

Experience with defining and executing strategies and approaches around end user technologies

Demonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines and manage related risks

Strong communication / influential skills, and change management experience

Knowledge of supply chain management processes

Support operationalizing supply chain master data strategies to aid business requirements for 3rd party cost visibility and analytics

Promote and foster collaboration, knowledge sharing between teams, adoption of and compliance to best practices within S2P processes.

Progressive and/or broad procurement experience

Proficiency and experience in SAP Ariba modules, supplier Ariba enablements, SAP MM

Minimum five (5) years of experience in an IT role with specialized knowledge and/or experience in the end user technology environment

Experience with MacOS Apple hardware and hands-on expertise

Jamf 200, 300, or 400 certification

Finance or Accounting degree and a minimum of 4 or more years’ post-graduate experience.

Experience with and knowledge of Essbase is an asset.

Sound knowledge of best practices of various aspects of information risk management and prior experience as a leader in Information Risk

Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills

Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

Business continuity planning, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management

Technology risk management consisting of 3rd party, information classification handling and secure destruction, IT asset inventory and IT incident
