2 to 3 years experience in customer relations, human services or communications;

Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.

Oversee management of accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and training records.

Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
