Managing daily on-site operations of your property, you will oversee rent collections, leasing applications, and maintain top-level tenant satisfaction

Working with the leasing team to ensure vacancy goals are met

Provide exceptional omni-channel experience by offering in-store eCommerce sales and fulfilling eCommerce orders within defined service levels

Manage scheduling and follow up of execution on shipping /receiving, eCommerce fulfillment operations, cash management, and operations systems & compliance

Complete opening and closing duties as part of manager on duty responsibilities

Support the customer experience through timely processing and movement of inventory to the salesfloor

Coaches team and leads in execution of Customer Experience, proactively provides resolution for all customer concerns.

Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the store manager

Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers

Train, coach, reward and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience

Lead and model selling and customer experience standards

Act as the manager on duty when scheduled to support customer service, work with vendors, or address maintenance issues

Proven experience delivering sales results

You possess superior communication skills

Smart Serve Certification and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.

2+ years of experience in financial analysis or performance management roles; expertise in telecommunications industry would be considered an asset

Manage the financial performance of the portfolio with regular weekly, monthly and quarterly analysis and associated variance analysis

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to transform raw data into actionable insights

Self-starter, with the ability to manage and drive projects with limited supervision and to manage multiple projects in an organized manner

Executes detailed, comprehensive stock and product management routines, including processing shipment and completing markdowns, merchandising, replenishment and fulfilling online orders.

Conducts opening and closing operational routines as needed, ensuring a successful start or completion of the store's daily business.

Welcomes guests and assists with finding their perfect pair, accessories or apparel.

Keeps an overview to daily operations and troubleshoots any concerns with transactions and store routines.

Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk

Provide expectational customer service ensuring customers have a great experience

Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product

Customer service or sales experience an asset
