Clinical Supply Chain Leader Jobs

Graduate degree at the master’s level in physiotherapy or related health or health management field preferred.

Training in fiscal and human resource management preferred.

Providing guidance to physiotherapists and support staff within the designated service area through clinical leadership, mentoring, supervision, education, evaluation, and research.

Minimum of five years recent, relevant Physiotherapy experience in a large complex environment required.

Minimum of two years Physiotherapy experience working with a caseload relevant to the designated service area preferred.

Previous, recent supervisory experience required.

Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience performing Clinical Trial Supply Management or 4+ years of Clinical Supply Management experience.

Review and approve any pre-execution batch documentation required including label documents, packaging specifications, and logistics management documents.

Other duties may be assigned by management as required.

Computer Skills: Ability to perform complex computer tasks and have knowledge of various computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.

This position is 100% remote. Access to dedicated work space at home is required.

Participate in any meetings necessary to manage expectations and ensure clear communication.

Demonstrated leadership and management skills

Previous experience and knowledge of virtual care preferred

Baccalaureate degree in one of the Health Disciplines preferred or a combination of other relevant academic background and experience

Experience with EPIC workflows, templates, reports and EMR best practices

Recent (8-10 years) relevant clinical and virtual care practice

Demonstrated skills and experience with effective conflict management, resolution and mediation

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required. Candidates with commensurate experience and education will be considered.

Five (5) years of clinical experience in Pediatric Nephrology required, with Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.

Current RDU/nephrology patient care nursing experience required

Current CPR Level C Health Care Provider Certification within the last 12 months required

Knowledgeable about Cerner, Powerchart, Firstnet & Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple nursing interventions

Demonstrated skills in coaching, mentoring and team leadership

Current certification in BLS, ACLS and I.V. insertion required

Current certification in CTAS, NRP, PALS, ENPC and TNCC preferred

Responsible for the facilitation and coordination of patient services hospital wide

Current unit specific required certifications including FHS, IV Therapy, NRP and Code Blue Management.

Organization, planning, leadership, and human resource management skills to plan, direct, and manage nursing services on the nursing unit.

A competent clinical understanding of the applicable nursing unit to ensure development and monitoring of effective policies, procedures, and clinical skills.

Current Certification as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario BScN preferred

Recent (2-3 years) Peri-Operative Experience (OR)

Baccalaureate Degree in one of the Health Disciplines

3 to 5 years of work experience in sourcing, purchasing, logistics, production planning, vendor negotiations, and inventory management

Manage and process customer orders with supply chain network (incl 3PL) and Finance

Experience with EDI platforms and knowledge of manufacturing and material chemistry would be an asset

Manage raw material, components and finished goods inventories including keeping system information and S&OP documents updated

Coordinate production scheduling with our co-packers including PO creation, Finance coordination, and vendor negotiations

Manage international orders and purchases including price negotiations, freight planning and import/export documentations

Demonstrate strong leadership behaviors and skills

Direct manager for Team Supervisors, OTR drivers, Dispatchers

Support overall traffic center performance with focus on smart P&L decisions

Drive Traffic Center safety/service culture

Communicate cross-functionally to assist the team to solve operational issues

Motivate team members to achieve plan goals

Change management experience, specifically managing change within a large organization

Experience leading Operations (Functional Knowledge)

Work with Capabilities, BUL and MM to ensure successful labour strategy execution (Dept training plans, summer plan, etc)

Post Secondary Degree/Diploma or relevant work experience

Experience supporting a front-line organization

Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence the decision-making process

You have experience in the aerospace industry and/or manufacturing environment and/or programs management in a commercial role

You have strong capabilities in operational, commercial and financial management

You have proven experience in complex project management

You are familiar with aircraft design, configuration, certification and change management principles

Prioritize resource allocation and team support to maximize overall benefits to the program

Define and lead sourcing strategies for commodities managed

Minimum 10 years Supply Chain / Materials Management experience

SIOP Process Management Experience (Desired)

Manage and Optimize the Demand Management and Planning Processes for the business unit.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management / Operations/ Business.

Demonstrated knowledge of Continuous Improvement & Lean Manufacturing techniques.

Experience in the EMS industry is a preferred asset although not mandatory.

Lead strategic initiatives for supply chain across the region (material cost reductions, supplier consolidation, material management and supplier NC/NR maintenance, etc…)

Relevant post-secondary business education or equivalent

Minimum of 10 years of practical industry experience in a multi-location environment

Minimum of 5 years leadership experience

Experience in financial systems and the key supply chain drivers within the manufacturing environment

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & Lean Supply Chain essential

Seven (7) years’ recent related clinical experience in a health care environment relevant to the designated initiative

Five (5) years’ experience responsible for managing and leading program development and/or quality improvement initiatives/projects;

Risk management experience in a clinical trial execution environment

Good Clinical Practice (GCP), quality systems infrastructure, and third party supplier management experience

Deep understanding of the processes associated with project and study management, monitoring, clinical and regulatory operations

Experience in or knowledge of applying continuous improvement tools to business process improvements/business process re-engineering

Clinical trial conduct and global clinical trial operations experience

Vendor engagement and contracting process experience

Sound knowledge of adult education theory and experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating educational programs.

Adult Education Certification an asset.

Masters in Nursing/Health Discipline or Education.

CNA certification reflective of the patient population and care needs.

Minimum 5 years current experience required with both clinical and leadership experience in care of this patient population.

Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills combined with the ability to teach in a classroom and clinical setting.
