Knowledge and understanding of recreation service delivery, business planning, budget management and municipal administration

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification;

Undergraduate degree in health related field. Consideration may be given to those with appropriate training and work experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a clinical environment

Line management experience is desirable.

Contributes strategic and operational assessment (i.e., risk management/feasibility assessment) to the development of the Global Development Plan (GDP).

Provides input to Program & Portfolio Management, in case of project prioritization exercises within the portfolio.

Leadership, project management, resource management are required.

Extensive experience for financial oversight of a global clinical development program is desirable.

Acts as a core member of the Global Project Team, representing Clinical Operations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to manage projects, and prioritize work effectively

Experience with developing and delivering education sessions and materials is an asset, but not required.
