Clinical Assessment Trainer Jobs

Ability to manage resources, track progress, and adapt training strategies as per project requirements.

Ability to address resistance, manage expectations, and promote the benefits and value of the MEDITECH Expanse implementation.

Understanding of change management principles and strategies to support staff and clinicians through the transition to the new system.

Utilize health information system and adult education best practices in the delivery of education content

Train an interdisciplinary team of nursing, allied health, physicians, and unit clerks

Experience in BC Healthcare would be a strong asset

Recent acute medical nursing experience required.

Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.

Active participation in professional associations e.g. Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) preferred.

Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).

Required Education, Languages & Skills:

· Aesthetic or Nursing education background or work experience

· Support Territory Manager in leading demonstrations and other projects as needed

· Must have exceptional communication skills both written and oral

· Must have previous experience with laser technology

· Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills

Provide input on updating educational material.

Minimum 5 years experience, with medical device industry experience strongly preferred.

3+ years experience with laser and energy-based systems strongly preferred..

Experience And An Educational Equivalency May Be Considered.

Monitors the performance of Employer Services Advisors and reports to the Manager on departmental objectives and goals.

Candidate should have at least three years' relevant experience in accounting/auditing field with experience in financial and statistical analysis.

Provides approval, information and functional direction to team of Employer Services Advisors.

Recommends, develops and maintains internal control procedures relating to assessment business processes.

Bachelor of commerce degree with a concentration in accounting; supplemental professional accounting designation considered an asset.

Provide input on updating educational material.

Preferred three to five years of clinical training or experience in a medical setting using Cynosure brand energy-based devices.

Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with staff at all levels.
