· Inventory and Clinic Management

· Handling all communication between practitioners, management, marketing team, and contractors

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

· Promoting services and products offered by the clinic

· Experience in healthcare reception

· Scheduling, booking, optimizing, and answering patient inquiries via phone/emails

Respond to patient inquiries received via web forms or phone, providing education and information to potential patients.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the medical/bariatric surgery field is preferred.

Experience in consultative selling and demonstrating the value of products/services.

Experience with CRM software and electronic sales tools.

Must have previous experience working in a similar role within a spa or aesthetic clinic

2 yrs experience in a leadership role

Reviewing and amending the seasonal promotions

Overseeing and assisting the administrative team

Establishing and maintaining backbar inventory
