5 years relevant experience, including at least 3 years of management experience

Lead BOH Culinary operations including banquets, restaurants, off-site events & group event management functions

Ensure timely, accurate and effective use of Inventory Management Program (Compeat Radar)

Work experience in an iconic, unforgettable, and inspiring location

1-3 years of previous food service, or restaurant experience required

Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills

Must have a positive attitude

Must be able to multi-task and handle competing priorities and a fast-paced environment

Lifting trays of up to 20 lbs., reaching and bending

Flexible schedule required, working weekends is a must
