Essential functions of the role include:

-Live chatting with clients to assist them in real time

-Answering incoming calls to resolve client questions and returning voicemails

-Emailing with clients and providing them with frequent updates

-Reporting technical issues to the product team

Alerts management in the event of problems with procedures, information, systems, or negative service situations in area of assignment.

Performs other duties or assignments as required by management.

Accurate data entry and strong organizational skills.

Ability to interface with various levels of management.

Has knowledge of CooperSurgical product line, prices, delivery, promotional mailings, and any other information that is needed to answer customer calls.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Effective computer skills including experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience using an ERP considered an asset

Utilize conflict resolution skills to ensure a high level of client service
