Overview Claims Representatives are responsible for processing and managing insurance claims. They review claims for accuracy, investigate the facts of the claim, and determine the appropriate action to take. They also provide customer service to claimants and ensure that claims are settled in a timely manner. Detailed Job Description Claims Representatives are responsible for processing and managing insurance claims. They review claims for accuracy, investigate the facts of the claim, and determine the appropriate action to take. They also provide customer service to claimants and ensure that claims are settled in a timely manner. Claims Representatives must be able to interpret and apply insurance policies and regulations. They must also be able to communicate effectively with claimants, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the claim. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ensure that claims are settled in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of claims
• Monitor claims processing to ensure compliance with regulations
• Prepare reports and other documents related to claims processing
