15+ years of related experience on a large civil or mining projects; With at least 7-10 years of leadership experience

Strong technical knowledge of modern construction practices, documents, drawings, schedules, technologies, equipment, industry practices and contract negotiations.

Mining and Minerals Project and or Management experience

Utilize the company's performance management system to evaluate the performance of the civil engineering and structural engineering workforce, recognize achievements.

Work with Principals, Business Unit managers, Business Development, and Project Managers to prepare fee estimates and proposals.

Ensuring that all company deliverables are complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant codes, standards, specifications, and safety requirements.

10 years of experience in Canadian industrial and commercial structural steel design, including rigid frame design.

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly and enthusiastically.

3+ years of experience in PM role.

Ecommerce platform experience with Shopify.

Experience executing medium-to-large scale website projects or digital products.

Revelevent degree, diploma or equivalent experience.

Self-motivated and confident individual that can meet deadlines.

7+ years experience as a product manager, product owner or application engineer

Strong project management and risk mitigation mindset, with demonstrated ability to build contingency plan and execute them

Conduct business QA on new products/features to ensure the user experience contribute to elevating the Vention platform

Strong knowledge of CAD softwares
