Required Education, Experience & Competencies

Manage projects, prepare proposals, and track budgets.

Travel as required, which could include extended shifts at remote sites

5-15 years relevant work experience

Experience in tailings dam site investigation, design, or construction support

Act as a project engineer and technical lead under the direction of the Engineer of Record for tailings projects

1. Stack technical road map compile and optimization.

2. In charge of the stack product development process Compile and optimization.

3. In charge of customer SOR confirm and feedback.

4. In charge of Fuel cell layout design.

5. In charge of Fuel cell stack design specification compile.

· Assist in monitoring energy and water management programs.

· Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.

· Assist in managing the Engineering department and ensuring adherence to all standards.

Knowledge and experience of managing activity within Project Management framework desirable;

Knowledge and experience of Quality, Risk and Safety Management processes;

Recommend qualified personnel for issuance of Aircraft Certification Authority;

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a certified Maintenance Engineer (TC, FAA, EASA) within helicopter operations;

Experience of operating or managing multiple locations viewed as desirable;

Knowledge of Transport Canada applicable CARs as they relate to AMO operations;

Install Instrumentation systems and other responsibilities as required;

Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in open pit mining;

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Database, Windows), GPS, Total Station, CAD Systems and other mining software;

Strong verbal and written skills;

Geotechnical Instrumentation and Hydrologic or hydrogeologic experience is an asset.
