Responsibilities of a Chef de Mission include organizing and managing the team, ensuring the team is well-prepared and organized for the event, and providing support and guidance to the athletes and coaches. They must also ensure the team is following the rules and regulations of the event, and that the team is safe and well-cared for. Experience in the sport, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills, are essential for this role. Qualifications for a Chef de Mission include a degree in sports management or a related field, as well as experience in the sport.
