Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in a catering environment

Must possess excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

Must have excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of catering food service techniques

Schedule: Flexible schedule is essential. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Previous customer service experience preferred

Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order

Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment

Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order

Replenish Food and Beverage products during events

Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events

Camp Boss -5-10 years experience in catering management, working with large POB's in an offshore environment

Day Cook -Supervisory experience & previous experience working with large POB's in an offshore environment

Night Cook / Baker -Night cook, baking & food preparation. Previous experience working with large POB's in an offshore environment

Lead Steward- Offshore experience (large POB's), required

Steward, Accommodation & Galley -Offshore experience, required

Transport Canada Ship's Cook - Specific to Camp Boss, 2nd Cook & Night Cook

Become knowledgeable with the Firm’s required Best Practices in Food Service Procedures

1 – 2 years’ experience in a food services, restaurant or catering role

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; with the ability to exercise discretion and good judgement

Certification required to serve alcohol

Excellent multi-tasking skills and adaptable to change

Basic computer skills, specifically with Windows-based computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
