7+ years of experience in preparation of Design Development, Working Drawings and Details, Bid Packages and Contract Administration

5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM/Revit

Experience with midrise and high-rise residential buildings

Strong technical knowledge of how a building is put together, including coordination between architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical systems

Execute data updates to reflect strategy defined by Category Management Team.

Help identify replacement SKUs and work with the inventory management team to discontinue underperforming items

Identify and execute on opportunities to improve user experience through catalog integrity upkeep

Must have effective written and verbal communication skills

Experience in sales, buying, and/or retail preferred

Identify SKUs within vendor catalogs and gather / submit requests to create new internal SKUs

Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) certification through the Supply Chain Management Association is highly desirable

Strong time management and organizational skills

Degree or Diploma in Business or Supply Chain Management, or related discipline required

Knowledge and experience with production, purchasing, planning, inventory control and scheduling

Ensure that all purchased materials and services meet established quality levels and pre-determined specifications and requirements

Coordinate deposits and payments with finance department in compliance with internal controls

Experience using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, such as LOC Store Management System (SMS), considered a strong asset

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel required. Experience using PowerBI a strong asset.)

Strong analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
