Other duties as assigned to support operational requirements

Minimum of one (1) year experience

Exceptional interpersonal skills with peers, residents, visitors and operational partners

Superior organizational skills with the ability to handle fast paced environment

Comprehensive food services knowledge, including focus on quality, production, sanitation and presentation

Superior oral and written communication skills, fluently in English

Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.

Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, empty beer bottles and silverware.

Performs other duties as defined and assigned by the Manager

Problem Solving Skills – Ability to problem solve and identify solutions to address client and guests issues and needs

Grade Twelve (12) education or higher

Previous serving experience in the Hotel and/or Restaurant industry is required.

Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of craft beer and brewing process is an asset

Greet guests and provide information about our beers

Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently

Handle cash and credit card transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
