k)Leadership and knowledge transfer to project team resources;

The undernoted services may include, but are not limited to the following:

P.Eng certification desired, but not required.

Assessing feasibility of early-stage projects

Proven experience in project management, preferably in a nonprofit setting

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Willingness and openness to learn new skills and build new projects and communicates with transparency and accountability

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Collaborate with the SAY team and independently builds, develops, and leads projects from start to finish.

Idea generates, takes initiative, and plays a leadership role in SAY’s community programming

Minimum 15 years of project management experience in major construction projects.

Define project scope and criteria, present options to senior management for approval.

Communicate project updates to management and stakeholders.

Utilize project management tools for documentation and audits.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent.

Conduct research and report on project requirements, regulations, market trends, and stakeholders.

Manage small teams in assessing the suitability and integrity of projects.
