•Regularly communicate with owner, project manager and contractor on construction matters

•Manage and coordinate changes in the work including preparation of change documents utilizing Revit model

•Collaborate with the project manager and other members of the design team

•Revit proficiency or advanced Revit skills

Execute other projects as assigned by management.

Consideration will be given to candidates with a Master Limited over 60 Gross Tonnage certificate who possess sufficient supporting experience

Current (within previous two (2) years) Transport Canada approved marine medical certification

Minimum two (2) years of experience in the marine environment

Exceptional communication skills, acting as a liaison between clients & guests, staff, management, and other hotel departments

Personal development and mentorship from management.

Actively lead the shift, in support of senior leadership, while helping to manage budgetary goals.

Manage clients in an efficient yet organized manner including setting up meetings, forwarding contracts, billing, etc.

Provide office coverage for Event Manager, booking events, managing emails and full office routine.

Identifying skill and leadership potential in your crew and developing those exceptional individuals into higher roles within our company.

Display excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities

A working knowledge of International standard regulations, industry guidance and requirements
