Evaluate business processes and necessary reporting, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Provide guidance for new data collection with recommended processes and quality requirements.

Experience working with Server Management Studio (TSQL) and Microsoft SQL Server Report Server (SSRS) is a definite asset.

7+ years of experience in general IT support with ERP, Saas, and Office 365

Knowledge and ability to work with Crystal Reports 2013/2020.

Proficient Web and Desktop application support knowledge - IIS, Windows Server, On-prem and SaaS.

Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:

Lead the support and enhancement initiatives for ERP applications and implement a process and structure that provides world-class service.

Play a pivotal role in ensuring ITs understanding of business requirements and providing sound technical solutions to business needs.

Translate business requirements into a conceptual system design (including but not limited to business requirements document, high-level use cases, prototypes/mockups).

10+ years hands-on ERP experience as a functional analyst, including experience with multiple ERP processes (PTP, OTC, RTR, HTR)

Extensive experience in business analysis, and implementing business process modelling and improvement, data modelling, prototyping, and systems integrations.

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA) a plus.

· Strong troubleshooting experience as well as application setup and testing experience for ERP systems

Experience with the HCM module in either Oracle EBS and or Cloud, or other large-scale cloud based HCM platforms.
