Business Setup Specialist Jobs

Machine license or equivalent combination of education and previous experience.

Knowledge of SPC methods, process and machine capability requirement and lot control techniques.

Minimum four years of Machine Shop experience.

Working knowledge how to read computer-generated profile views of a piece being made in order to adjust the tooling appropriately.

Possess excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and co-workers discussing job instructions, seeking clarification and exchanging methods and procedures.

Possess problem solving skills to determine when to reset a machine.

Knowledge and experience in the financial industry and specifically Group Benefits

Project management of Corporate Account Implementations, Reissues and Amendments, which includes:

Knowledge and understanding of Group Benefit claim systems & technology

Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Manage and respond to inquiries and workorders

Group benefits knowledge and experience

Analyze and set up Group Benefits and create contracts, booklets, and endorsements to support new issues and plan amendments

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel

Annual bonus program, annual vacation allowance, and company-paid benefits program

Accurately implement new policyholders with Equitable Life (system set up and plan documents)
