Our team supports our Group Benefits clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.

Plan Sponsor Administration is looking for a Client Setup Specialist to join our Plan Design team. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, influential, and passionate professional who is committed to building solid relationships while delivering on initiatives in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Developing scripts to support specialized customer solutions forward
  • Provide warranty support for implementation as part of New Issue, Reissue or Project Amendment
  • Testing and supporting with system releases
  • Providing direction and timeline for setup of all systems and production of documents
  • Accountability of all tasks involved in implementations and completion according to the schedule
  • Professionally represent Plan Design at meetings including various levels of staff both internally and externally
  • Providing expertise, support, and creative solutions for implementation and amendments
  • Project management of Corporate Account Implementations, Reissues and Amendments, which includes:
  • Coding ManuConnect and ensuring quality and productivity targets are met
  • Communicating cross functional tasks from all areas
  • Manage and respond to inquiries and workorders
  • Reviewing client feedback for newly produced documents
  • Analyzing client requirements and partner with Underwriting Consultants to ensure the account structure and other aspects of client setup meet customer needs

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role is listed below.
Primary Location
Waterloo, Ontario
Salary range is expected to be between
$48,450.00 CAD - $80,750.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
